I have this minor knee injury but I only feel the pain when doing knee the same action as when you lift up your lower leg while sitting down. This means that when running I feel a little pain when lifting my right knee for a stride but dont feel any pain when using the same leg to push myself forward. I DONT feel any pain when squatting. What kind of injury is this and how do I deal with it.
